Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — Up to $120,000/Year + $10,000 Sign-On

Drive regionally across the Midwest delivering bread products on pre-stacked dollies and pallets, with no store deliveries involved. Assignments and start times vary weekly, but you'll get frequent home time and weekends off.

Pay

• Earn up to $120000 per year

• $10000 sign-on bonus

Home time

• Frequent time at home, including weekends

What you'll haul

• Bread products delivered via pre-stacked wheeled dollies for easy roll-off and roll-on, plus palletized loads moved with an electric pallet jack

• No store deliveries required

• Typically 5 to 10 stops each week

Schedule

• Weekly assignments send you to different Midwest locations based on business needs

• Start times shift depending on the assignment and customer

• Be ready for schedule and location changes as demand requires

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with residency and licensing in the same U.S. state

• Must hold or be able to get a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5 years

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• English language proficiency required under federal rule 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)

• Must pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening, and complete Penske's application process

• Role is DOT-regulated/safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and safe work habits

• Able to see, hear, and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
