Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, Home Weekly

Our company needs a Regional CDL-A driver out of Hermiston, OR. The freight is no-touch, the routes stay regional, and you'll be back home on a consistent weekly schedule.

Pay

• Potential to earn up to $110,000 in your first year

• Mileage pay runs $0.55 - $0.69 per mile, with drivers typically logging between 62,355 and 196,040 miles a year depending on your location and route

• On top of per-mile pay, you can earn more for hooking up, live loads and unloads, layovers, chaining up, crossing bridges, driving weekends and working evenings

• Separate pay applies when things go sideways, like breakdowns, accidents, bad weather, trailer trouble or sitting and waiting

• When you're on PTO, a safety day, a holiday, bereavement or jury duty, you're covered at an average of $240/day

• You'll also see quarterly bonuses tied to safety performance, plus yearly pay increases

Home time

Expect to be home each week, with multiple days off in a row before your next run.

What you'll haul

Regional lanes carrying freight you won't need to load or unload yourself.

What you'll do

• Map out your route and timing so freight arrives safely and on schedule

• Keep your logs and paperwork accurate and compliant with DOT and company policy

• Check your tractor-trailer over before, during, and after you drive

• Stick to traffic laws and local road restrictions while finding the most efficient path

• Carry yourself on the road in a way that reflects well on our company's safety culture

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, plus a Hazmat endorsement already in hand or obtainable (background check permitting) within 120 days of starting

• A minimum of 30 months driving Class A tractor-trailers full-time within the past 3 years, or graduation from our company's Fleet Development Academy Program

• No more than 2 moving violations across personal and commercial vehicles in the last 3 years

• No major traffic violations in the past 3 years

• A clean record with no preventable crashes in the last 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable collisions going back 10 years

• Never been responsible for a preventable accident involving a death or catastrophic injury

• Live within 250 miles of the Hermiston, OR terminal, or be ready to move into that radius within 90 days of being hired
