Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Weekly, Up to $110K/Year

Our company is hiring Regional CDL-A truck drivers out of its Apple Valley, CA facility, offering weekly home time and the chance to earn up to $110,000 in your first year.

Pay

• Mileage rate for this regional position ranges from $0.5965 to $0.6415 per mile, with average annual miles between 22,806 and 183,725

• You also collect activity pay for tasks like hooking, live loads, layovers, and weekend mileage, on top of your per-mile rate

• Some non-driving events (breakdowns, weather delays, etc.) are compensated with activity pay only

• Average Day's Pay of $240 applies for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, and jury duty

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises are part of the package

Home time

• You get weekly home time with consecutive days off each week

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries, running optimized regional routes

What you'll do

• Plan your route, coordinate with your team, and keep shipments on schedule

• Complete all logs and paperwork correctly per DOT and company rules

• Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during, and after every trip

• Drive safely while following traffic laws and local restrictions to stay on time

Requirements

• Class A CDL with a Hazmat endorsement, or willingness to get one within 120 days of hire (background check required)

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years

• No more than two moving violations and no serious violations in the past 3 years

• Clean record: no preventable accidents in the last 3 years, no preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 10 years, and no history of a preventable fatal or catastrophic crash

• Must live within 250 miles of the assigned facility, or be willing to relocate there within 90 days of starting
