Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — $0.70 CPM, Flexible Home Time

Our company, a family-owned carrier based in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking for experienced CDL Class A drivers for dedicated freight with steady miles and modern equipment. You can choose between two pay setups depending on your preference for mileage or a set round-trip run.

Pay

• Option 1 - Regional dedicated routes: $0.70 CPM on all miles, loaded and empty, averaging 2,700-3,800 miles weekly, which works out to $1,890-$2,860 gross per week before bonuses

• Option 2 - Phoenix, AZ to Los Angeles, CA: $550 per round trip, running 3-4 round trips weekly, for a gross of $1,650-$2,200 per week

• Extra bonus opportunities: up to $0.04 CPM for fuel efficiency, $0.025 CPM quarterly safety bonus, $0.025 CPM quarterly retention bonus, a $1,000 referral bonus for bringing in new drivers, and $100 for passing a DOT Level 1 inspection (all bonuses subject to eligibility)

Home time

Home time is flexible, and most drivers take their 34-hour resets at home in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

What you'll haul

Freight is dedicated and consistent, mostly drop and hook, with loads planned in advance to limit downtime. Routes run regionally or on a set Phoenix-to-Los Angeles lane.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A

• At least 18 months of verifiable CDL driving experience

• A driving record that meets the company's insurance standards

• Basic English communication skills

• Working knowledge of DOT rules and hours-of-service limits

• A dependable, safety-minded attitude
