About this job
Our company is hiring a solo CDL-A driver for a dedicated local fleet operating out of Casa Grande, Arizona. You'll be home every day, running no-touch, live-unload freight on multi-stop routes within 225 miles of the distribution center.
Pay
- Weekly earnings typically range from $1,256 to $1,534, with a listed average annualized figure of $65,360 (not guaranteed).
- You're paid through a combination of mileage band pay, stop pay, and detention pay; exact rates and eligibility get confirmed during screening.
Home time
You'll be back home every day after your route.
What you'll haul
- No-touch freight delivered live, usually with 3 to 4 stops per load.
- Expect roughly 8 to 15 loads a week.
- Trucks are automatic-transmission day cabs operated in a slip-seat setup, so you won't take the same truck home each day.
Schedule
You need to be available for any shift, as workdays and start times are determined after you're placed.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- A minimum of three months behind the wheel (further criteria confirmed during screening).
- Open availability to work any shift.
- Comfortable handling multi-stop routes and communicating clearly with dispatch.
- Willing to drive shared, slip-seated equipment.
- Your own reliable transportation to get to the Casa Grande terminal each day, since the trucks stay on site.
