Regional CDL-A Owner Operator — Home Weekly, No-Touch Drop & Hook

Our company is a small, owner-run carrier looking for CDL-A owner operators with their own trucks for regional dedicated freight. You haul direct customer loads, not broker freight, and you are home weekly.

Pay

• You are paid 70%-73% of weekly gross revenue.

• The company states weekly gross revenue of $6,500-$12,000, averaging $7,500 or more, and weekly net of $3,000-$6,000 after all deductions.

• Settlements are paid weekly by direct deposit every Friday.

• Safety bonuses of $2,000-$3,000 are paid quarterly and annually.

Freight and routes

• Dedicated customer freight, mostly drop and hook, with no-touch loads and contracted rates year-round.

• Main operating area: IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, IA, MN, WI, MO, KY, TN and SC. No West Coast or East Coast runs.

• The company runs 165 53' trailers, most under five years old, at a 4:1 trailer-to-truck ratio.

Home time

• Home every week, with extra home time possible when your regional runs pass near home.

What you pay for

• Trailer fee: $750 per month.

• Plate program: $50 per week.

• Shop rate: $100 per hour at the company's 3-bay garage staffed by 6 full-time mechanics.

Requirements

• Your own truck, model year 2015 or newer.

• CDL-A and at least 2 years of tractor-trailer experience.

• A steady work history.

• No felony in the past 7 years and no DUI or reckless driving in the past 5 years.
