Smart Logistics Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for regional routes, whether you're a recent CDL-A graduate or an experienced driver. You'll run newer equipment, get home every week, and earn competitive mileage pay.
Pay
- $0.55 to $0.85 per mile, based on experience (entry-level drivers start at $0.55 CPM, experienced drivers can earn up to $0.85 CPM)

- Regional runs, not over-the-road

What you'll do
- Drive a tractor-trailer safely, following federal, state and company rules
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and flag any maintenance issues
- Keep accurate logs under Hours of Service rules
- Deliver freight on your assigned regional routes on time
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch and follow routing and safety guidance
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Legally able to drive commercial vehicles in the United States
- Safety-focused and professional on the road
- Ready to run regional routes with weekly home time
