CDL-A Tanker Regional Driver — $0.66/Mile, Home Multiple Days Weekly

Our company, a family-owned company serving the dairy industry for over 75 years, is adding 1-2 full-time regional drivers. You'll haul Raw Milk from the Fond du Lac, WI facility to processing plants in Southern Wisconsin and Illinois, then pick up Cream or Condensed Skim in Michigan for delivery back to Wisconsin plants the next day. Runs average 1025 miles each.

Pay

• $0.66 per mile

• Paid every two weeks via direct deposit

• Annual bonus tied to safety and performance

Home time

Two schedule options are available:

• More home time: work 5 days, off 2, work 4, off 3 (Tuesday-Saturday, then Tuesday-Friday pattern) — averages $85,000.00 gross per year

• More miles: work 6 days, off 1, work 5, off 2 (Monday-Saturday, then Monday-Friday pattern) — averages $102,000.00 gross per year

On the standard rotation, you're home every other evening before heading out again the next morning.

What you'll haul

• Raw Milk, Cream and Condensed Skim in food-grade kosher tankers

• Milk loads are pre-loaded at the Fond du Lac yard before you depart

• You'll be assigned your own truck; current openings are Mack Anthems with 12-speed mDrive transmissions

• The company runs 25 trucks (Mack, Volvo, Western Star, Kenworth) and over 40 tankers, with an in-house shop handling all maintenance, repairs and inspections

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement

• 2 years of Class A tanker experience

• Clean, insurable driving record

• Current Federal DOT medical card, Tier 1
