Regional AZ Tanker Driver — $35.26/hr Union, Cross-Border

Safety-Kleen needs a Regional AZ Tanker Driver based in Breslau, ON to run routes to disposal sites, including cross-border trips into the US and QC. This is a union role hauling liquid tanker loads on a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Pay

• Union hourly wage of $35.26

Schedule and routes

• Monday to Friday, approximately 55-60 hours per week

• Route runs from Breslau, ON to various site-disposal locations, including cross-border stops in PA, OH, NY, NH, RI, IL, IN, MI and QC

• Expect to be away from home 2-3 days a week

What you'll haul

• Tractor-trailer tanker unit moving re-refined and used motor oil to customers and Safety-Kleen sites

• Pickups of fuel loads and water materials from our company/Safety-Kleen branches, delivered to the Safety-Kleen recycle center

• Responsible for correct load weights, proper unit use, and placarding the vehicle per company and DOT rules

• Keeping up daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch records and vehicle inspection reports

Requirements

• Class AZ CDL with at least 12 months of AZ driving experience

• At least 3 months of tanker experience

• TDG and tanker endorsements

• Valid Canadian passport or FAST card, since this route crosses into the US

• Comfortable driving manual transmissions (10, 13, 18 speed)

• Able to climb, work at heights, and lift or carry 50 lbs or more

• Comfortable using mobile apps and computer software for the job
