Pickup and Delivery Driver — Starting at $24.50

Our company in Kenora, ON is looking for a driver to handle pickup and delivery on an assigned route. You'll check shipments for compliance with Federal Express Canada service standards and handle related customer service tasks.

What you'll do

• Pick up and deliver packages on your assigned route

• Confirm shipments meet Federal Express Canada service requirements

• Handle customer service duties connected to your route

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and move packages up to 150 lbs with the right equipment

• One year of customer-focused work experience is preferred

• Must pass the required pre-placement driver assessment

• Familiarity with Federal Express Canada procedures and Canadian customs rules is a plus

• Strong communication and people skills

• Solid organizational and time management abilities

• Strong customer service orientation

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks under pressure

• Open to varying schedules, including holidays, as business needs require

• For driving-focused roles, you'll need a valid license (such as class 5, G or 1/AZ) with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months; candidates are assessed on their driving record, interview performance and driving test results

• Quebec-based employees must be fluent in both French and English
