Parts Delivery Driver — $18–$23/hr

Our company in Eau Claire, WI is looking for a Parts Delivery Driver to move parts and equipment between customers, satellite stores, and vendors. You'll be a key point of contact for customers while on the road, so accuracy, reliability, and professionalism matter as much as safe driving.

Pay

• $18.00 to $23.00 per hour

What you'll do

• Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up parts and equipment for customers, satellite stores, and vendors, as assigned by the Parts Manager, Inventory Control Administrator, parts counter staff, or Shipping & Receiving Clerk

• Check each delivery and pickup against the paperwork to make sure everything matches

• Unload your vehicle at the end of your shift and put items back or stage them properly

• Turn in delivery paperwork, receipts, and any parts you couldn't deliver by the end of each day

• Keep your delivery vehicle clean and do basic pre-trip and post-trip checks, flagging problems right away

• Run a forklift or other material handling equipment when needed

• Help keep the Parts Department tidy and presentable, and fill in for shipping, receiving, or counter staff when asked

On the road with customers

• Treat customers courteously and handle their parts carefully so everything arrives in good shape

• Keep communication clear and professional with customers, vendors, and teammates

• Let dispatch or the Parts Manager know right away about delays, wrong orders, or other delivery problems

• Show up on time and hit your delivery windows

• Present yourself professionally at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Mechanical aptitude

• Customer service or delivery background is a plus, not required

• Comfortable reading and following instructions in English

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, plus a current DOT Medical/Health Card

• Able to safely handle company vehicles, forklifts, and similar equipment

• Basic computer and calculator skills, and willingness to learn the company's inventory system

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

Physical demands

• Expect frequent driving along with loading and unloading parts

• Able to lift and carry items up to 70 pounds or more

• Shifts behind the wheel run 6 to 10 hours in company-provided vehicles

• Regular exposure to noise, dust, exhaust, and outdoor weather

• Company uniform and PPE required

• May involve operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling gear

On the job expectations

• Follow company policy, DOT rules, and traffic laws

• Report any accidents, injuries, or equipment problems to management right away

• Keep your delivery records accurate and up to date

• Take ownership of punctuality, safe driving, and service quality

• Take part in safety training, reviews, and compliance checks as required

Schedule

• 8-hour day or morning shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed
