Part-Time Pickup & Delivery Courier — $23.28/hr

Our company is hiring a part-time pickup and delivery courier in Granby, QC. You run an assigned route, collecting and delivering packages and looking after customers along the way. The job is filled through an interview.

Pay and schedule

• $23.28 an hour

• Part time, Monday to Friday

• You may be asked to work different shifts and holidays depending on business needs

What you'll do

• Cover your assigned route with timely, courteous pickups and deliveries

• Make sure each shipment meets Federal Express Canada's service terms

• Handle customer service tasks tied to the route

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and a clean record: no more than two violations or accidents in the 24 months before you apply

• Able to lift 70 lb and move packages up to 150 lb using proper equipment

• About one year of customer-oriented work experience is preferred

• You must pass a driver assessment before being placed

• Bilingual in French and English for Quebec positions

• Knowing FedEx operations and Canadian customs rules is an asset

• Strong communication, time management and customer service skills, and the ability to juggle tasks under pressure
