Part-Time Local Produce Truck Driver — $21–$24/hr, Home Daily

This is a part-time local driving role for our company in Toronto, ON, moving produce between the Ontario Food Terminal and the store six days a week. You'll work variable hours, roughly 25-30 per week, with early morning starts around 4am.

What you'll haul

• Produce and related items using a heavy-classified company truck

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to and from the Food Terminal

• Load and unload produce, checking piece counts and reporting discrepancies

• Keep pallets organized and returned to vendors

• Handle delivery paperwork and update the log book daily

• Keep the truck clean, safe, and compliant with Toronto Public Health and Ministry of Transportation standards

• Maintain truck equipment like the pump truck and propane heaters

• Deliver friendly, helpful service to vendors, colleagues, and customers

Requirements

• Full Class G license

• Minimum 5 years heavy truck driving experience

• Clean driving abstract

• 7 years accident-free driving

• 3 years free of traffic tickets

• Minimum age 25

• Able to lift up to 35kg continuously

• Comfortable working in cold, wet, hot, and humid conditions

• Available for very early morning shifts
