Owner-Operator Dry Van Driver — 70% Gross or CA$2.20/Mile

AMF Carrier (our company) is a Canadian carrier running long-haul dry van full truckload freight across the US and Canada. They're looking for owner-operators and truck owners to join their fleet, with a choice of pay setups and a truck rental option for those who'd rather not drive.

Pay options

Pick whichever structure fits you best:

• 70% of gross revenue, with fuel deducted from your settlement and all other agreed operating costs covered by the company

• CA$2.20 per mile on all miles, loaded and empty, with you covering fuel (fuel card discounts of up to $1.00 USD per gallon available)

• CA$1.05 per mile on all miles, loaded and empty, with AMF covering fuel so you have no fuel expense

Settlements are clear and fully transparent, with no hidden deductions. Pay goes out weekly every Friday by direct deposit. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

What you'll haul

Dry van full truckload freight only, no LTL. Loads are consistent, dispatch is professional, and there's no forced dispatch, trips are matched to your preferences.

Routes

Long-haul US runs covering the East Coast, West Coast, South, and open board.

Requirements

• Your own truck, 2016 or newer, road-ready and in good mechanical condition

• At least 3 years of OTR experience and 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience

• Valid AZ, Class 1, CDL, or equivalent commercial license

• Eligible to enter and operate in the United States

• Clean driving record

Truck rental option

If you own a truck but don't want to drive it, AMF will rent it directly for CA$4,000-$6,000 a month. They supply the driver and handle dispatch and operations, so you earn from your equipment without running it yourself. Trucks from 2022 or newer are preferred, in good mechanical condition and road-ready; the exact rental amount depends on the truck's year, mileage, specs, and condition.
