Our company Group is looking for an Owner Operator to run deliveries out of Brockville, ON. This is permanent, full-time work with year-round hours.
Pay
- $150,000.00 per year
What you'll do
- Get freight to customers on schedule
- Load and unload your truck, and check it over before and after runs
- Handle products carefully to keep deliveries safe and environmentally sound
- Follow company safety rules and policies while driving
- Take on other tasks as needed
Schedule and conditions
- Year-round, full-time position
- Work happens both out in the field and at customer sites
- Some jobs require working at heights up to 50 feet in a factory setting
- Most routes are walk-in style, though some deliveries mean standing for as long as 8 hours
- Mostly daytime shifts, but evenings and weekends are sometimes needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- CDL with the necessary endorsements
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (no more than 3 demerit points, and no points against your licensing record)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
