Owner-Operator Box Truck/Hotshot Driver — $5,000–$7,000/Week Gross

Our company is a dispatch and logistics company looking for Owner Operators with their own box truck, cargo van, or hotshot truck. They book your loads, negotiate rates, and handle the paperwork so you can focus on driving local, regional, or OTR routes.

Pay

• Gross pay runs $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per week, and overall owner operators average $4,000 - $10,000+ weekly gross depending on your routes, equipment, and availability.

• Weekly pay and quick pay options are available.

• Fuel advances and assistance may be offered depending on the situation.

What you'll haul

• Freight suited to box trucks (16ft-26ft), cargo vans, or hotshot trucks (20ft-40ft, with or without trailer).

• Local, regional, and OTR runs are all available, and you're not locked into forced dispatch — you pick your routes.

Requirements

• You must own or lease a box truck (16ft-26ft), cargo van, or hotshot truck (20ft-40ft, with or without trailer).

• A valid driver's license is required; both CDL and non-CDL drivers are considered.

• You'll need a smartphone with internet access to stay in touch and track loads.

• A reliable, professional approach to on-time delivery is expected.

• Around 6+ months of driving experience is preferred but not mandatory, especially in OTR, final-mile, or hotshot work, along with some familiarity with ELDs and basic paperwork.

• During the application process you'll be asked about your truck type, whether you hold an MC number, what kind of insurance you carry (personal or commercial), and any past experience with an MC lease.
