About this job
Our company is looking for team drivers to run dedicated and spot lanes under a guaranteed weekly pay structure. This is a 1099 contract position with trucks equipped for long stretches on the road.
Pay
- Teams are guaranteed a minimum of $3,200 per week, with the rate able to increase based on performance
- This is a 1099 (independent contractor) arrangement
Home time
- Expect about 30 days on the road followed by 5 days at home
What you'll haul
- Dedicated and spot freight lanes
- Trucks come with a refrigerator, power inverter, microwave, and APU
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least one driver on the team needs 2 full years of continuous OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Must speak English fluently
- Strong driving record with a clean background check
- Good communication and listening skills
- Must be ready to commit to 30 days out with 5 days home
