OTR Team CDL-A Driver — $2,000–$2,100/Week

This is a full-time OTR team driving role hauling aerospace materials in a sleeper truck pulling a 53' dry van or reefer. You'll be paired with a partner only after confirming it's a good match for both of you.

Pay

• Earn $2,000–$2,100 per week per driver, based on mileage, stops, and dock work

• Paid weekly

• Expect to average around 4,000 miles each week

What you'll haul

• Aerospace materials, moved safely and on schedule

• Loads originate in La Porte, IN with runs to Whitehall, MI, Cleveland, OH, Dover, NJ, and Hampton, VA

• Some touch freight is involved, so you'll help load and unload as needed

Schedule

• Shifts run roughly 8–10 hours depending on the route

• You'll need flexibility around dispatch timing and route changes

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 24 months of recent, verifiable commercial driving experience

• Minimum age 23

• Comfortable handling a 53' dry van and/or reefer

• Able and willing to run about 4,000 miles weekly

• Comfortable with long stretches on the road

• Clean record: no DUIs/DWIs in the past 5 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
