OTR/Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — $1,320–$2,000/Week

Our company is hiring OTR and regional CDL-A drivers nationwide, with paths for experienced drivers, in-cab instructors and recent CDL graduates. Pay is weekly, most freight is no-touch, and you get an assigned tractor.

Pay

• Experienced OTR drivers: $1,485 to $1,920 a week, about $77,000 to $100,000 a year.

• Home weekly drivers: $1,320 to $1,680 a week, about $68,000 to $87,000 a year.

• Qualified drivers with 6 months of experience get $1,200 a week guaranteed for the first 8 weeks after orientation.

• In-cab instructors: $1,750 to $2,000 a week, $500 more for each student who succeeds, plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus.

• Recent grads: $750 a week guaranteed while actively working, and mileage pay details come from a recruiter.

• Refer a driver and earn $2,500, with no cap on referrals.

Home time

• OTR: out 2 to 3 weeks, running solid miles (2,700 to 3,000).

• Home weekly: at least a 34-hour reset at home.

• New grads: home 2 to 3 days every 2 to 3 weeks.

• Options vary by location.

Instructor role

• Train new CDL-A drivers with under six months of experience, plus refresher and remedial training.

• You share the truck with your trainee and drive new 2026 Freightliner equipment.

• Hiring near Amherst WI, Auburn ME, Sumter SC, Des Moines IA and Kutztown PA.

New grad program

• 3 days of orientation and 5 days of classroom time at the terminal.

• Up to 6 weeks of paid in-cab training with an experienced driver, or a fast-track 2 weeks based on evaluation.

• Afterward you get your own truck.

• Tuition reimbursement is available.

Requirements

• Active Class A CDL and age 21 or older.

• No recent safety terminations.

• Experienced drivers: 6 months of experience within the last 12 months.

• Instructors: 3 years of verifiable, accident-free Class A experience in interstate commerce.

• New grads: finished CDL school within the last 90 days.
