OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Up to $115,000/yr, No-Touch Freight

Our company is a stable, family-owned carrier looking for OTR drivers to run no-touch freight across the Midwest, South and Northeast. You'll run on reliable, late-model equipment and get a predictable home-time schedule.

Pay

• Earnings typically range from $70,000 to $115,000 per year ($1,400-2,200/wk), with top earners reaching up to $115,000 annually

• Paid on base CPM, with room for annual rate increases

• Monthly fuel mileage bonus of up to $0.04 CPM

• $2,000 sign-on/retention bonus in your first year

• Bonuses for safety and clean inspections

• Unlimited referral bonus of $1,000 per referral

• Extra pay for layovers, stops, detention and breakdowns

• Per diem program available

• Paid weekly by direct deposit, with daily advances up to $30

Home time

• Typical rotation is 12 days out and 2 days home

• Drivers based near Bowling Green, KY can get home weekly

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight: about 75% customer freight and 50% drop and hook

• Weekly mileage runs 2,500-3,500 miles

• Coverage area includes the Midwest, South and Northeast (NYC excluded)

• Trucks are governed at 73 mph

Equipment

• Newer Freightliner and Volvo trucks, none older than six years

• Equipped with APU, inverter fridge and Pre-Pass for tolls and weigh stations

• No driver-facing cameras, only forward-facing

• 24/7 after-hours support available

• Pets and passengers are welcome in the truck

• Terminal amenities include a driver lounge, showers, laundry, gym, cold meals and a wash/detail bay

• Fuel discounts through Pilot for company drivers, and Comdata for owner-operators

Requirements

• At least 2 years of OTR driving experience within the last 3 years (if you're close to this, you're encouraged to apply)

• No SAP program involvement

• No more than 1 moving violation in a commercial vehicle over the past 5 years

• No more than 3 DOT violations in a commercial vehicle over the past 3 years

• No recordable FMCSA accidents in the past 5 years
