OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Up to $100,000+/Year, Weekly Home Time

Run refrigerated freight across the lower 48 for a family-owned carrier based in Milwaukee, WI. This fleet of more than 100 trucks offers no-touch loads, steady miles and a choice of weekly or biweekly home time depending on where you live.

Pay

• Top earners bring home $100,000+ a year ($75,000-$110,000 annual range)

• $0.60-$0.80 per mile depending on experience, safe driving, and load length

• $30 for each drop and pickup

• $25 per hour in detention pay once you've waited 2 hours

• $250 per day in layover pay starting on day 3

• Retention bonus up to $5,000

• Safety bonuses paid quarterly and annually

• Referral bonus up to $1,500

• Paid every two weeks by direct deposit

Home time

• Wisconsin drivers within 100 miles of Milwaukee: home weekly, working 5 1/2 days and home for 1 1/2

• Drivers outside that 100-mile radius can run biweekly: 11 days out, 3 days home

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated loads moving throughout the lower 48 states

• All freight is no-touch

• Mix of drop-and-hook and live unload stops

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years behind the wheel in a Class A truck

• Current DOT medical card

• Clean driving history

• Meets DOT/FMCSA standards
