OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Starting $0.59/Mile

Our company, a family owned carrier out of Laredo, TX, is looking for OTR Class A CDL drivers. Pay starts at $0.59/mile and climbs each year, with bonus pay for short-haul runs and extra stops. Drivers can expect to earn between $50K and $100K a year.

Pay

• Starting rate of $0.59/mile, moving up to between $0.60 and $0.64/mile over your first 5 years on board

• Loaded miles from 1-150 earn an extra $0.15/mile; loaded miles from 151-368 earn an extra $0.10/mile

• $50 for every stop beyond the first

• $200 bonus for each clean roadside inspection

• Bonus available for referring other drivers

Equipment

You'll run top-tier Kenworth and Peterbilt glider kits.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum age 23

• 3 years of verifiable OTR experience in a Class A rig

• No more than 3 moving violations on your record over the past 3 years

• Able to pass a DOT physical, a pre-employment drug test, and a physical capacity exam

• Able to pass a road test
