OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — $84,500–$101,400/Year

Our company, a family-owned carrier, is looking for experienced OTR CDL-A company drivers to run freight across the 48 states in newer, fully loaded Freightliner Cascadias. You'll pull mostly no-touch freight with some drop and hook, and you'll be treated as a person, not a truck number.

Pay

• $84,500 to $101,400 per year ($1,625 to $1,950 weekly)

• Up to 65 CPM, with a recent pay increase

• Quarterly performance bonus: after your first year, earn 3 CPM on all miles driven over 30,000 in a quarter (drivers under a year or under 30,000 miles that quarter don't qualify)

Home time

• Out a minimum of 14 days with 2-3 days home, and you can stay out longer if you prefer

• Average 2,500 to 3,200 miles weekly

• 100% no-touch freight, with some drop and hook

• Newer, fully loaded Freightliner Cascadia tractors

• Routes covering all 48 states

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Clean driving record and MVR

• No SAP program participation
