OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — 18 Days Out, 5 Days Home, $1,800/wk Min

Run OTR dry van freight for our company out of Madison, WI, with a set schedule: 18 days on the road followed by 5 full days home. The freight is 100% no-touch, with 85% drop and hook, so you spend your time driving, not loading.

Pay

• Guaranteed minimum of $1,800 gross per week

• Typical weekly average of $1,700-$1,850, based on running 2,000-2,300 miles

• Mileage pay starts at 65-72 CPM, with your exact rate set by experience and whether you hold a Hazmat endorsement (wage range overall is $0.65-$0.78 per mile)

• Miles are paid on a practical basis

• A sign-on bonus on your first paycheck: $2,625 if you have Hazmat, $2,450 if you don't (offer is for a limited time)

• Safety bonuses worth $5,600-$6,300 per year, plus a PasSMART bonus for staying at or under 68 mph

• Anniversary bonuses for long-term drivers

Home time

Expect 5 consecutive days at home after every 18-day OTR stretch.

What you'll haul

Dry van freight, OTR routes, solo driver, full time. You'll be driving newer equipment, mostly 2023-2026 automatic Freightliner Cascadia Condos, equipped with an air release fifth wheel, dual air ride seats, Opti-Idle, and a 72-inch sleeper. Trucks come with a TV, microwave, fridge, power inverter, and free Sirius XM radio to make life on the road more comfortable. A rider program is open to you starting on day one.

Requirements

• At least 8 months of recent CDL-A tractor-trailer experience

• Valid CDL-A license

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years

• No DUI, DWI, or OWI in the last 5 years

• No degree needed, and military experience is welcomed
