OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — 18 Days Out, 5 Days Home, $1,800/wk Min

Run OTR dry van freight with a set schedule: 18 days on the road, then 5 full days home. This solo company driver role guarantees a weekly minimum and includes a strong sign-on bonus.

Pay

• Guaranteed minimum of $1,800 gross per week

• Typical weekly average of $1,700-$1,850, based on 2,000-2,300 miles per week

• Mileage pay of 65-72 CPM to start, with rate set by your experience and Hazmat endorsement (wage range overall is $0.65-$0.78 per mile)

• Sign-on bonus on your first paycheck: $2,625 with Hazmat, $2,450 without (limited-time offer)

• Safety bonuses worth $5,600-$6,300 per year

• Paid by practical miles

• 68 mph PasSMART safety bonus

• Yearly anniversary bonus

Home time

18 days out, then 5 full days home, on a repeating cycle.

• Mostly 2023-2026 automatic Freightliner Cascadia condo tractors

• 72-inch sleeper, dual air ride seats, air release fifth wheel, Opt-Idle

• Riders can join you on the road starting day one

Requirements

• CDL-A with at least 8 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years

• No DUI, DWI or OWI in the last 5 years
