About this job
Our company Ltd. is looking for both new CDL-A grads and experienced drivers for over-the-road tractor-trailer routes. You'll get paid training and real time behind the wheel while learning safe, professional driving habits.
Pay
- $1260 to $1500 per week
- 2500 to 3000 miles per week
Home time
- 2 weeks on the road, then 2 days home with your family
What you'll haul
- Long-haul freight runs in a Class A tractor-trailer
What you'll do
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Get freight delivered on schedule
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch and your driver manager
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- New grads need a CDL-A school certificate showing at least 120 hours of training; experienced drivers need prior OTR or regional driving time
- A clean driving record and a passed background check
- Must pass a DOT drug screen, including a hair follicle test
