OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — $0.80/mi or $2,200/wk Flat

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for over-the-road runs, open to both solo drivers and teams. You'll haul dry van freight that's 100% no-touch, with a mix of round-trip and one-way routes and newer trucks and trailers.

Pay

• Solo drivers choose between $0.80 per mile or a $2,200 weekly flat rate

• Teams earn $1.20 per truck mile (split between the two drivers) or $2,500 weekly flat pay per driver

• $3,000 sign-on bonus per driver

• $150 weekly winter OTR bonus for solos, $125 per driver for teams

• $1,500 bonus for completing the Winter Holidays period

• Safety bonuses up to $1,000 and referral bonuses up to $1,000

Home time

Home time is flexible rather than fixed to a set schedule.

What you'll haul

Dry van trailers (2025-2026 models), no-touch freight, on consistent OTR and dedicated lanes.

Equipment

• 2023-2027 Freightliner, Volvo, International and Peterbilt trucks

• APU, inverter, microwave and refrigerator in the cab

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience

• Clean enough MVR to meet company standards

• Must satisfy all DOT requirements

• SAP candidates not accepted
