OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — $0.59–$0.64/Mile

Our company is a family-owned carrier in Kenosha, WI looking for an experienced OTR Class A driver. Pay climbs with tenure, and there are extra earning opportunities built into the pay structure.

Pay

• Starts at $0.59 per mile, rising each year of employment up to $0.64 per mile after 5 years

• Extra per-loaded-mile pay on shorter runs: an added $0.15 for miles 1-150, and an added $0.10 for miles 151-368

• $50 paid for each stop after your first on a run

• Drivers can see total yearly earnings between $50K and $100K

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Equipment

• Late-model Kenworth and Peterbilt glider trucks

• Paperwork can be scanned from the cab or at a truck stop

• Fuel cards provided, and the company covers repairs, service and other truck-related costs

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old

• 3 years of verifiable OTR Class A driving experience

• Clean driving record: no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, physical capacity test and a driving test
