OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — $0.55–$0.60 CPM, No West Coast

Our company is looking for OTR CDL drivers to run mostly midwest freight with minimal northeast miles and no West Coast routes. Freight is no-touch, and experienced drivers can earn $90K or more.

Pay

• $0.55 to $0.60 per mile, paid on all miles (loaded and empty)

• Pay is based on practical mileage

• Weekly pay protection

• Quarterly safety bonus of $0.02 CPM

• Pay rate increases $0.01 CPM every other year

• $1,000 orientation pay, paid as $500 per week for your first two weeks

• Maintenance and customer detention pay kick in after just one hour

• $100 bonus for every clean inspection

• $2,000 bonus for referring a driver

• $69 per day per diem

Home time

• Home every other week or more often

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight

• Routes focus on the midwest, with minimal northeast runs and no West Coast lanes

Requirements

• Valid CDL with at least 6 months of tractor trailer experience

• Must be at least 21 years old
