About this job
This is a direct-hire, full-time over-the-road opening for CDL Class A drivers, solo or team, running 53-foot dry vans across the lower 48. Several positions are open.
Pay
- Solo drivers earn $0.75 per mile; team drivers earn $1.00 per mile each.
- Both loaded and deadhead miles are paid, and you are paid every week.
- Teams are advertised at 6,500–7,000+ miles a week, with pay starting at $3,000 a week. Final earnings depend on the miles you are dispatched and the confirmed pay terms.
Work and equipment
- Dedicated coast-to-coast routes with no-touch freight.
- Trucks are 2023–2026 models pulling 53-foot dry vans.
- Dispatch is available 24/7 and there is no forced dispatch.
- Fuel is covered.
Team truck pickup
- Team drivers fly or bus to Orlando, FL, to pick up their assigned truck. Travel costs are covered.
Requirements
- A valid CDL Class A and at least 1–2 years of driving experience.
- No DUI or SAP history.
- Pass a road test and meet DOT requirements.
- Be willing to run nationwide; teams commit to at least 3 weeks on the road.
