OTR CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver — 60% of Net

Our company is a Texas-based, American-owned small fleet (8 trucks) looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to run reefer freight on a 60% of net pay structure. Drivers must live within 250 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Pay

• Paid 60% of net revenue, with weekly truck revenue bonuses on top: an extra $100 to $400 depending on how much the truck grosses that week (from $5,000 up to $8,000+)

• Additional bonuses for clean DOT inspections, safety and longevity

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position

Home time

• One day off per week while out

• Minimum of 5 weeks out before coming home

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight (reefer)

• Trucks are 2023-2025 Freightliners equipped with APU and fridge, Motive ELD, governed at 75 MPH

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Class A CDL experience

• No DUI/DWI citations in the past 4 years

• No reckless driving, hit-and-run, or failure to report an accident in the past 4 years

• No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years, with no more than 2 in the past 12 months

• No more than 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years

• Must hold a license in your state of residence

• Drivers over 65 need a long-form physical certification

• No SAP (Substance Abuse Program) drivers accepted

• Must live within 250 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth

• English-speaking dispatch only
