About this job
Our company, a carrier founded by former drivers, is looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to run OTR reefer freight nationwide. Expect strong weekly pay, consistent miles, and a range of bonus opportunities on top of base earnings.
Pay
- Weekly pay averages $1,550 to $2,170, which works out to roughly $78,000 to $109,200 a year
- Extra pay for breakdowns, detention, and layovers
- Safety and MPG bonuses paid monthly with no cap
Bonuses
- $5,200 loyalty bonus
- Pay bumps at 90 days, 1 year, and 5 years, plus annual increases
- $100 weekly bonus for drivers in their first 52 weeks
- Referral bonuses: $5,000 for referring a company driver or owner-operator, $10,000 for a team
- Clean DOT inspection bonuses: $300 (level 1), $200 (level 2), $100 (level 3)
Home time
- Home every 2 weeks, guaranteed
- Some locations offer weekly home time
What you'll haul
- Refrigerated (reefer) freight
- Drop-and-hook, no-touch loads
- 2,500 to 3,500 miles a week on average
- Newer equipment: 2021-2025 Mack Anthem and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, no slip-seating
- Nationwide operations, including night driving
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
