OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — Up to $2,170/Week, Home Every 2 Weeks

Our company, a carrier founded by former drivers, is looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to run OTR reefer freight across the country. Expect strong, steady pay and a long list of bonus opportunities on top of your base earnings.

Pay

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,550 to $2,170, which works out to roughly $78,000 to $109,200 a year

• Extra pay for breakdowns, detention and layovers

• Safety bonuses and MPG-based bonuses paid monthly with no cap

Bonuses

• $5,200 loyalty bonus

• Pay bumps after 90 days, at your 1-year mark, annually, and again at 5 years

• $100 weekly bonus available during your first 52 weeks on the job

• Referral bonuses: $5,000-$10,000 depending on whether you refer a company driver, owner-operator or team

• Clean DOT inspection bonuses: $300 for a level 1, $200 for level 2, $100 for level 3

Home time

• Home every 2 weeks, with guaranteed home time

• Some locations offer weekly home time

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated (reefer) freight, drop-and-hook, no-touch

• 2,500 to 3,500 miles a week on average

• Newer equipment: 2021-2025 Mack Anthem and Freightliner Cascadia tractors

• No slip-seating, and night driving is part of the job

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
