OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — Up to $0.70/mile, No-Touch Freight

Our company, a refrigerated carrier based in Terrell, TX, is hiring experienced OTR company drivers. You would haul 100% no-touch temperature-controlled freight in late-model trucks, with two program options that differ in pay and time at home.

Pay and home time

• Pay is per mile, and the posting headlines $0.70 per mile as the starting rate for experienced drivers.

• New Home More program: starts at $0.63 per mile, with 2 weeks out and 2 days home.

• True OTR program: starts at $0.65 to $0.70 per mile based on experience, with 3 weeks out and 3 days home.

• Miles average about 2,800 per week.

• You can sell back unused home time at $100 per day, for up to 7 days in a row.

Freight and equipment

• The company moves frozen goods, fresh produce, cosmetics and other temperature-sensitive loads, from -20°F to 90°F.

• Trucks are Freightliner Cascadias with Detroit DD15 engines, all under 3 years old.

• Each truck has a Qualcomm unit, e-logs, a Thermoking Tri-Pac APU, a 1,800-watt inverter, a refrigerator and SmartDrive technology.

Requirements

• You must be 22 or older when you apply.

• A valid Class A CDL is required.

• You need at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving in the last 3 years.

• Your driving record must meet the company's minimum standards.
