About this job
Our company is a refrigerated carrier hiring over-the-road company drivers out of Terrell, TX. You'll haul temperature-controlled freight in late-model trucks, with no-touch loads and a pet-friendly, rider-friendly policy.
Pay
- Experienced drivers start at $0.70 per mile.
- New Home More program: starts at $0.63 per mile.
- True OTR program: $0.65 to $0.70 per mile, depending on experience.
- Drivers average 2,800 miles per week.
Home time
- New Home More: 2 weeks out, then 2 days home.
- True OTR: 3 weeks out, then 3 days home.
- You can sell unused home time back for $100 per day, up to 7 days in a row.
What you'll haul
- Frozen products, fresh produce, cosmetics and other goods that need temperature control, from -20°F to 90°F.
- Freight is all no-touch.
Equipment
- Freightliner Cascadias with Detroit DD15 engines, all under 3 years old.
- Qualcomm units, e-logs, SmartDrive technology.
- Thermoking Tri-Pac APUs, 1,800-watt inverters and refrigerators in the cab.

Requirements
- Class A CDL.
- Minimum age of 22 when you apply.
- At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving in the past 3 years.
