OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — 60% of Net Revenue

This Texas-based small fleet (8 trucks) is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to run reefer freight, paid as a 1099 independent contractor on 60% of net revenue. You'll need to live within 250 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Pay

• Paid 60% of net revenue

• Weekly truck revenue bonuses on top of pay, scaling from an extra $100 at $5,000 in truck revenue up to an extra $400 at $8,000 in truck revenue

• Additional bonuses for clean DOT inspections, safety record and longevity

Home time

• Expect about 1 day off per week while out

• Minimum 5 weeks out before coming home

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight (reefer trailers)

• Trucks are 2023-2025 Freightliners equipped with APU and fridge, Motive ELD, governed at 75 MPH

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience

• No DUI/DWI in the last 4 years

• No reckless driving, hit and run, or failure to report an accident in the last 4 years

• No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years (no more than 2 in the last 12 months)

• No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years

• Must hold a license in your state of residence

• Drivers over 65 need a long form physical certification

• Not eligible if enrolled in SAP

• Must be comfortable with English-speaking dispatch

• Must live within 250 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth area
