OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — $0.75/mile or $2,000 Weekly Flat Pay

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers to haul 53ft reefers over the road out of Jacksonville, FL. You can run as a company driver or go the lease-purchase route.

Where you'll run

• Midwest, South and North East

• No runs west of I25

What you'll do

• Drive the reefer safely to each delivery point

• Plan efficient routes and stay on schedule while following traffic laws

• Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections to DOT standards

• Stay in touch with dispatch about pickups, deliveries and any problems

Pay as a company driver

• Pick $2,000 weekly guaranteed flat pay or $0.75 per mile, with loaded and empty miles both paid

• Paid by direct deposit every Friday on a 1099

• Orientation lasts 1 day and transportation costs are covered

Pay as a lease-purchase driver

• You keep 75% of gross and cover only the truck payment, fuel and tolls

• Truck payments run $500 to $1,000 depending on the truck's year and mileage

• No money down, no credit check, no balloon payments, no extra mileage penalties or added interest

• Posted average of $2,000 to $6,000 a week after expenses

• Trucks are 2020-2026 Freightliner Cascadia or Mack Anthem

Requirements

• CDL Class A

• 2 years of tractor-trailer experience, ideally with reefers

• Extra endorsements are a plus
