CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — Up to $0.75 CPM, W-2 or 1099

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for over-the-road runs in 53' dry vans. You can sign on as a W-2 employee or as a 1099 contractor, and every mile is paid, loaded or empty.

Pay

• 1099 drivers earn $0.70 per mile, rising to $0.75 after 3 months.

• W-2 drivers earn $0.60 per mile, rising to $0.65 after 3 months.

• Hit the monthly safety and performance targets and you get another $0.02 on every mile, paid at month end.

• Expect about 2,800–3,400 miles a week, with weekly averages of $1,800–$2,600 (the posting's wage range is $1,900–$2,300 a week).

• Pay arrives every Monday; the pay week runs Saturday to Sunday.

Extra pay

• Detention: $20 an hour once you pass 2 hours

• Layover: $100 a day

• Extra stops: $30 each

• Breakdown: $100 a day

• Clean inspection (Level 1–3): $100–$300 bonus

• Paid orientation, with $100 loaded onto your fuel card

• Travel expenses covered

Home time

• 2 weeks out, then 2–3 days off (depends on where you live)

• 3 weeks out, then 3–4 days off

• 4 weeks out, then 4–5 days off

Equipment

• 2023–2027 Freightliner Cascadia, fully equipped, with refrigerator, microwave, power inverter and APU

• 2022–2027 53' dry van trailers

• Trucks governed at 70 MPH

• Round-the-clock maintenance and breakdown help

• Pets and passengers are welcome, plus one free truck wash a month

Requirements

• 2 years of verified Class A driving experience

• Clean MVR and PSP

• Willing to stay out for 3 weeks at a time

• Anyone now or previously in the SAP program is not eligible
