OTR CDL-A Flex Driver — $2,000/Week Average, Home 1 Week per 5

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL Regional Flex drivers to cover customer locations across the country wherever extra help is needed. You'll move between different operations and equipment types depending on where support is required.

Pay

• Weekly paychecks

• $104,000 average annual pay

• $2,000 per week average

• $40 per hour straight time

• $2,500 sign-on bonus

Home time

• Out on the road for five weeks straight, then a full week off at home

• Start times and schedules shift depending on the location you're supporting

• Guaranteed 50-hour workweek

What you'll haul

• Assignments vary by customer, so you may run day cab or sleeper cab, dry van or reefer

• A Real ID or U.S. Passport is required

• Be willing to train on forklift operation

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• No more than three moving violations in the past three years, with some exceptions

• No more than one preventable DOT-recordable accident in the last three years

• Must register with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse at fmcsa.dot.gov before hire

• At least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last three years

• Strong enough English skills to talk with the public, read road signs, answer official questions, and fill out reports
