Regional CDL-A Driver — Home Weekly, $95K–$102K/yr

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL drivers to run a dedicated account out of Morris, MN, with set routes and weekends off. You'd run preloaded heated trailers behind 2024 Freightliner sleepers.

Pay

• Average $95,000 to $102,000 per year, depending on route

• Pay is based on miles and stops, plus a $50 weekly bonus

• Roughly 40% to 60% off Do it Best Hardware products

Home time

• Home every week, with weekends off

• Fixed schedule running Sunday through Thursday

What you'll haul

• Dedicated, multi-stop route departing from Ramsey, MN

• Pick up product in Milbank, SD, then deliver across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Eastern Montana

• Typically 1,850 to 1,920 miles and as many as 29 stops each week

• Trailers come preloaded and heated; you'll use a powerlift manual pallet jack for some tailgate unloading

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• No more than three moving violations in the last three years

• No more than one preventable DOT-recordable accident in the last three years

• A profile on the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before you start

• At least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past three years

• Able to read, speak, and understand English well enough to handle signs, inquiries, and paperwork
