About this job
Our company is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers for a dedicated flatbed fleet with no tarping required. You'll see the country while earning solid mileage pay, with team opportunities available if you ask your recruiter.
Pay
- Earn an estimated $95,000-$102,000 per year
- Mileage pay starts at $0.65 per mile, rising to $0.67 per mile after one year with the company
- Average at least 2,900 miles per truck per week
- Stop pay of $5 per intermediate stop, paid monthly
- $5,000 new hire bonus
- $1,000 referral bonus
- Additional bonus opportunities for safety, referrals, and inspections
- Paid holidays and paid training
Home time
Drivers are typically out for about 4 weeks at a stretch. Home time can be flexible if you give appropriate notice - ask your recruiter how this works.
What you'll haul
This is a no-touch flatbed fleet - no tarping involved. You set your own ETAs, as long as you hit your destination by the due date, so smart trip planning can help you boost your earnings.

Requirements
- Valid Class-A CDL
- At least 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
