OTR CDL-A Flatbed/Conestoga Driver — Up to $2,500/Week Avg

Our company is looking for seasoned OTR CDL-A drivers out of Atlanta, GA to pull flatbed and Conestoga trailers, with some reefer freight mixed in, across the lower 48. You'll run newer automatic Freightliners built out with comfort and safety extras.

Pay

• $0.70-$0.85 per mile, whether loaded or empty

• Or choose a percentage plan: 25%-27% of gross

• Drivers running 3000-3500 miles weekly average up to $2,500/week

• Pay also covers detention, breakdowns, and layovers

What you'll haul

• A mix of flatbed, Conestoga, and reefer trailers

• Freight moves through all 48 states

Equipment

• Automatic 2025-26 Freightliner Cascadias, with 2027 models on the way

• Each truck comes with refrigerators, inverters, microwaves, and deer guards

• PrePass, I-Pass, and Samsara ELDs included

• Fuel and repairs available on-site

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years behind the wheel

• At least 23 years old

• Active Class A CDL

• No more than 3 moving violations over the last 2 years

• Must pass a background and motor vehicle record check
