OTR CDL-A Equipment Recovery Driver — Average $1,430/Week

Our company needs Class A CDL drivers for an OTR equipment recovery role, picking up and moving tractors and trailers across the lower 48 states. You'll work independently, with your route and location changing regularly.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,430, or about $74,360 per year

• Top performers bring in up to $1,700 per week, or up to $88,400 annually

• Paid by the mile (CPM), plus stop pay, detention pay and layover pay

• Extra pay for breakdowns, waiting time, and travel that isn't driving

Home time

• Home every 2 weeks

• Expect frequent travel to different locations throughout the lower 48, with routes that shift day to day

• When you need to travel for the job, the company covers it

What you'll haul

• You'll drive company tractor-trailers to recover and reposition equipment

• A smartphone is required so you can snap photos of equipment and use the company's app

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• The posting lists both 3 years and 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience as requirements, so check with the employer on which applies

• No SAP drivers

• Clean driving history

• Current DOT medical card

• Must be available to work weekends

• Dependable and focused on safety
