About this job
Our company is looking for a new CDL-A holder to join as an OTR driver trainee, pairing you with an experienced driver to learn the ropes of long-haul trucking while home weekly. You'll work with 53-foot dry van and reefer trailers on over-the-road lanes.

Pay
This full-time, W-2 position pays $86,479.87 - $99,348.27 per year, with a paid training period included.
Home time
You'll be home weekly while running OTR routes.
What you'll haul
Real freight on real customer loads, using 53' dry van and reefer trailers, with a focus on building solid habits and safety under an experienced driver's guidance.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- No SAP program history
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset
- Good communication and ability to follow instructions
