OTR CDL-A Driver — 18 Days Out, 5 Days Home, $1,800/wk Guaranteed

Run OTR dry van freight with a set schedule: 18 days out, then a full 5 days home. Our company guarantees a minimum of $1,800 gross per week, with freight that's 100% no-touch and 85% drop and hook.

Pay

• Mileage pay of 0.65 to 0.78 per mile, based on experience and whether you hold a Hazmat endorsement

• Weekly average of $1,700-$1,850 on 2,000-2,300 miles per week

• Guaranteed minimum of $1,800 gross per week

• Practical miles paid

• First-check bonus: $2,625 with Hazmat, $2,450 without (limited time)

• Safety bonuses worth $5,600-$6,300 per year, plus a 68 mph PasSMART safety bonus

• Yearly anniversary bonuses

Home time

18 days on the road, then 5 full days at home, on a repeating cycle.

What you'll haul

Dry van freight, no-touch, with 85% of it drop and hook.

Equipment

Mostly 2023-2026 automatic Freightliner Cascadia conventional sleepers, with a 72-inch sleeper, air release fifth wheel, dual air ride seats, Opt-Idle, TV, microwave, fridge, inverter and free Sirius XM radio. A free rider program is available starting day one.

Requirements

• CDL-A with at least 8 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years

• No DUI, DWI or OWI in the last 5 years

• Military experience welcome, no degree needed
