OTR CDL-A Driver — $1,188 Weekly Minimum, Home Weekends

Our company has an OTR CDL-A opening on a long-standing dedicated account, running the lower 48 states with drop and hook freight. Drivers typically spend 2 weeks out followed by 2–3 days home, and are usually back for most weekends.

Pay

• Annual earnings range from $60,000 to $93,000

• Average weekly pay is $1,800

• Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,188

• Raise after 12 months on the job

• $500 new hire transition bonus, paid in full on your second paycheck

• $3,000 bonus for each qualified driver you refer

• $250 per day for a two-day paid orientation

• Hazmat endorsement reimbursement available for qualified drivers

Home time

Expect roughly 2 weeks on the road followed by 2–3 days home, with most weekends off.

What you'll haul

Freight runs throughout the lower 48 states, mostly drop and hook, with a steady schedule and dependable mileage, averaging 2,500–2,700 miles weekly. A pet and passenger program is also available.

Requirements

• Hazmat endorsement required

• At least 21 years old

• At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• Experience driving in winter conditions

• Valid CDL-A and DOT qualified

• Must pass a thorough drug screening

• Clean safety and employment record
