Local FedEx Delivery Driver — $170–$250/Day

Our company, a local FedEx delivery contractor in Bedford Park, IL, is hiring full-time delivery drivers for residential and business routes.

Pay

• Experienced drivers with an active FedEx badge start at $250 per day plus stop bonuses

• New drivers start at a $170 per day training rate, progressing to $250 per day plus bonuses

• Additional performance bonuses available

What you'll do

• Handle roughly 150 stops a day delivering and picking up packages

• Check fluids and inspect your vehicle before each shift

• Load and organize your own route each day

• Scan packages and track deliveries accurately

• Communicate with your manager and work well with teammates

Schedule

• Shifts run all seven days of the week, with extra weekend coverage expected in December

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid license and clean driving record

• One year of commercial driving experience in the past three years

• Able to pass a drug screen (including marijuana), DOT physical, and FedEx Ground background check

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs on your own and 150 lbs with a hand truck

• Comfortable climbing stairs and working in any weather

• Live within a 45 minute commute of the station with your own reliable transportation

• Class C license preferred; prior FedEx, Amazon, or box truck/step van experience is a plus but not required
