OTR CDL-A Driver — $0.65–$0.75 CPM Solo, Paid Training

Our company Service and Consulting, based in Montgomery, IL, is hiring Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road work across several divisions. New CDL holders are welcome, and the company runs a paid training program. Dispatch is available around the clock.

Pay

• Solo drivers earn $0.65 – $0.75 per mile

• Teams earn $0.90 – $1 per mile

• You can choose a percentage plan instead: 30% – 35% of weekly gross

• Weekly earnings are listed at $3,000 – $6,000

• Inexperienced drivers can receive up to $1,200 during paid training

• Clean roadside inspections earn safety bonuses: $700 for Level I, $500 for Level II, $300 for Level III

• Work is on a 1099 basis

Home time

• Out for 3-4 weeks, then 3-4 days at home

What you'll haul

• Dry van, reefer, flatbed, RGN, PO and Amazon loads

• Dedicated lanes and contract freight with steady miles

Equipment and support

• Trucks are model years 2022–2027

• On-site truck wash and diesel shop with experienced mechanics

• Fuel cards, EZ-Pass, I-Pass and Prepass provided

• The team speaks English, Arabic, Turkish, Farsi, Uzbek, Russian and Spanish
