OTR CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Home Weekends, $1,800/wk Avg

Our company has an OTR CDL-A opening on a long-standing dedicated account, running the lower 48 with drop and hook freight most of the time. Expect 2,500–2,700 miles a week and a schedule of about two weeks out followed by 2–3 days home, with most weekends off.

Pay

• Annual earnings between $60,000 and $93,000

• Weekly average around $1,800

• Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,188

• Raise after your first 12 months on the job

• $500 transition bonus for new hires, paid out on your second paycheck

• $3,000 bonus for each qualified driver you refer

• $250 per day for a two-day paid orientation

• Reimbursement offered for drivers who need to obtain their hazmat endorsement

Home time

• Typically two weeks on the road, then 2–3 days at home

• Most weekends off

• Mostly drop and hook loads

• Routes cover the lower 48 states

• Pet and passenger program available for riders along on your runs

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A and hazmat endorsement

• At least 21 years old

• Minimum 6 months of recent experience driving a tractor-trailer

• Prior experience driving in winter conditions

• Meets DOT qualifications

• Must pass a thorough drug screening

• Clean record for safety and employment history

• No high school diploma or college degree needed
