OTR CDL-A Company Driver — Home Weekly, No-Touch Freight

Our company, a refrigerated carrier based in Terrell, TX, is looking for OTR company drivers to run no-touch reefer freight across the country. You can choose between two schedules depending on how much time you want on the road.

Pay

• New Home More option: starting at $0.63/CPM, running 2 weeks out with 2 days home

• True OTR option: starting at $0.65/CPM, running 3 weeks out with 3 days home

• Average weekly mileage runs around 2,800 miles

Home time

• Pick between a shorter 2-weeks-out cycle or a longer 3-weeks-out cycle

• Option to sell back unused home time for $100 a day, up to 7 days in a row

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch, temperature-controlled freight (frozen goods, fresh produce, cosmetics and other sensitive products)

• Freight ranges from -20°F to 90°F

• Trucks are late-model Freightliner Cascadias with Detroit DD15 engines, under 3 years old, equipped with e-logs, Thermoking Tri-Pac APUs, inverters, refrigerators and SmartDrive safety tech

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 22 years old

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 3 years

• Clean driving record that meets company standards
